Exciting company growth, CEO with a strong vision looking into the future (not just for the coming months), and good honest reflection on the growing pains of a scale up with what feels like a genuine desire to improve

Cons

The company has become quite siloed as its grown. They're working on it which is good, and maybe an inevitable part of the growth journey
