- Structured onboarding helped set me up for success once the work got real - Very proactive support from my manager, wider team and the wider company - Inclusive environment with a big emphasis on learning and soaking everything in over the first 90 days

- Onboarding felt too long (in the moment), was impatient to get started

Pros

Incredible team and manager that knocks down internal obstacles and is a true advocate internally. Understanding how Bob fits into the market is key to success, and product market fit is expanding rapidly to new segments. Product has matured significantly since joining and road map is incredible. Really clear commitment to company values and people-first approach isn't just talk.

Cons

My job is awesome. There is always little stuff that pops up but usually it gets dealt with in time
