We have been working hard over the past year in defining our career paths for BDR’s and creating a more clear and direct route for progression and to allow visibility for all of our teams how this can be achieved. A number of our BDR’s have made the step up to the Associate Account Executive Team and we plan on making this a priority as we grow even more.
