Cons

Management is a mess, they back up bad managers, the good employees leave. Managers have zero management skills. They make their employees miserable. They claim to give them training but it doesn't look that way.

low quality code - the managers dont care about the quality only about the delivery speed. no career paths - if you want to advance or learn new thing don't come to bob the code is very old with old technology and a very old stack. low salaries
