Thank you for your review. We truly believe that the HiBob culture is unique and is one which is down to the diversity and wide spectrum of our Bobbers. Our employee experience team invests heavily in ensuring a supportive and engaging work environment for everyone. This includes in-person events throughout the year for all teams and offices, which we deem as vital for keeping our culture alive. An example this is year is that we hosted summer events globally which included remote employees coming together for social activities. Our activities & initiatives are created and built by listening to all Bobbers. This is done through regular employee surveys throughout the year as well as our People & Culture team listening to Bobbers through various forums on how and what they want to see at HiBob.
