Cons

They don't always abide by their values. They are double standards for promotions and benefits across different teams and departments. Comp is below market standard.

Good work-from-home flexibility but challenging cooperation issues

3 days work from home office is comfortable and has amenities (Tel Aviv) independence and autonomy within my part of the organization

Cons

cross-organizational cooperation is rough onboarding is nonexistent permission structure actively hinders my ability to perform my duties docs for critical infra basically non-existent
