I’ve had a really positive experience at HiBob so far. The environment is supportive and you’re surrounded by smart, driven people, which makes a big difference day to day. There’s a strong focus on people and culture, and you’re given the space to grow and perform at your own pace while still being challenged. Overall, it’s been a great place to develop and learn.

Cons

The pace can be more self-driven at times, so you need to be proactive to get the most out of the role.

A company that truly puts its people first. There are real opportunities for growth and development, including internal mobility. The atmosphere is very positive, with great people and a respectful, pleasant work environment. In sensitive times, the company has shown a thoughtful, compassionate, and supportive approach toward employees, which is something I deeply appreciated.
