Pros
The salaries and benefits were competitive. The King of Prussia Location was convenient. The Performance and review process was fair and promoted individual professional growth for employees.
Cons
Internal departments were run like fiefdoms where leadership promoted and reward direct reports to actively work against other departments. The culture brought out the worst in people where managers were coaching their staff to make other employees fail so they could "take over" their groups. It was one of the most stressful and unbelievable environments I had ever worked in where leadership who participated in the demagoguery left a lasting impression I will never forget.
