Pros

Hibu offers a ton of resources, coaching, and support for their sales team. The training is comprehensive, and the hybrid work model strikes a great balance between autonomy and structure. If you're driven and love a challenge, there’s a lot of potential here. I’d recommend Hibu to high-performers who thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. It's not for everyone—but if it’s for you, the rewards and growth can be significant.

Cons

This is by far the most intense job I’ve ever had. The pressure is real, and the expectations are high from day one. If you're not in a solid place mentally, physically, and professionally, it can quickly become overwhelming.

Pros

From Day One, Hibu provides training and support for their people, and do everything they can to help you succeed. A Month of training up front, followed by constant training with your team and team leaders wo you work with every day. The perks to the job are great, as well as the salary and compensation for mileage, office supplies etc. The Comp plan is excellent compared to previous positions I have had both in and out of Sales and team leaders do everything they can to help you get the best commissions. If you start to fall short or have a drop off (which happens in Sales), the leaders work with you and provide tools, support and guidance, not beating you down. They will always try to lift you up! This is like any other sales job, and you get out what you put into it at the end of the day. If you slack off, ignore the additional training and support, you will not be successful. But if you work hard, take in and apply what the managers and senior reps have to offer, you'll do great! Hibu, especially the local Managers in the DE, MD, NJ, VA Area will do everything they can to lift you up and help you earn success!

Cons

NO Cons to think of here. Like Mentioned in Pros, you get out what you put in. Sales is not an easy, sit and do nothing industry.
