      Pros

      Excellent Training, really good company ethos, support, managers (generally) are great. Nice car, good package, can earn great money, nice people to work with.

      Cons

      There's too much to do within the hours, so you end up working ridiculous hours to get the job done and hit target. Also, too many different targets to hit.
