Pros

You set your own schedule and manage your own time. Complete benefits package and car allowance. No am or pm reporting to a local office

Cons

A print company trying to compete in the digital world with limited resources and experience. They launched this new name with minimal marketing to promote it in the market place. What is HIBU and what is the significant meaning, NOthing! It means nothing. No room for advancement, earnings potential has reduced 35% and you are required to work much harder to earn significantly less.

Pros

Flexibility, plenty of training, work from home.

Cons

Comp plans constantly changing to the company's benefit so sales reps make less money, nearly impossible sales goals, most everything is done in the Phillippines so communication is difficult and product produced for our customers is sub-par.
