Very shady company, no job security and definitely not what I signed up for.
Pros
Good salary, commissions & benefits. However good luck keeping the job, getting paid on your commissions, and don't even think of taking time off. Great training to go work somewhere else with. Free trip to King of Prussia, nice hotel and that's probably all you'll get to see.
Cons
Horrible reputation with clients that you're allowed to sell to and overpriced products that since being produced oversees look like kids in elementary school did them. They don't stand behind their ever changing products or promises. You'll probably almost never make quota, and then be threatened if you go a week or two without a sale. But after you start selling you and your customers will spend countless hours on hold, being transferred and never getting a straight answer. Then the customers will cancel and you won't get paid. There is almost no one left from my training class and I started in late February of this year. As long as you never question management, work seven days a week and enjoy ripping people off and ruining your reputation in town I wouldn't recommend it.
