Lack of leadership and direction Marketing team is useless, they spent a lot of money on a terrible campaign

Very disorganized, constant change, too many managers just "managing" so they look like they are doing something. ie: GroupMe does not sell products and increase the bottom line. Most of my training class is long gone, of the remaining few, almost all are trying to find better options, poor customer service, website product is about quantity not quality and they do not listen to what the customer wants, other products are difficult to sell due to lack of training.
