      Pros

      We continue to conform to what our clients want and need. We have evovled ourselves into a leading digital provider and offer everything our clients need to complete in the digital arena. The best thing, with sales, is we have some veterans doing extremely well and some of our biggest successes have come from our newest sales reps!

      Cons

      As all companies do, when going through change, we have seen some growing pains. The best part about it is that we are past those changes and are now pointed in the right direction to make a big impact with website and other digital sales.

      Pros

      Training was indeed excellent, compensation and benefits were over the market, and great team-oriented people.

      Cons

      Losing momentum by redefining hibu's business model. Lack on research and development of new products. Fulfillment area lacks on quality control - Philippines could be cheaper in the short term but will be costly in the long term. CRM system not fully implemented yet - major competitors has been using this tool for quite a time.

      Pros

      The targets are challenging but achievable with opportunities to earn a lot of money if you are willing to work. There is a balance of selling and appointing which means the job has become less pressurised over the last year. On top of salary there is also monthly incentives, relaxed dress code and good working hours. The people are what make a company and there is a real team ethic and colleagues will go out their way to help others especially new starters

      Cons

      Everything is targeted. If you get you head round this there is a great opportunity to earn a lot of money

      We have some great people here at hibu, people are our key asset. It is a challenging environment but one in which the rewards are strong.
