Pros

From Day One, Hibu provides training and support for their people, and do everything they can to help you succeed. A Month of training up front, followed by constant training with your team and team leaders wo you work with every day. The perks to the job are great, as well as the salary and compensation for mileage, office supplies etc. The Comp plan is excellent compared to previous positions I have had both in and out of Sales and team leaders do everything they can to help you get the best commissions. If you start to fall short or have a drop off (which happens in Sales), the leaders work with you and provide tools, support and guidance, not beating you down. They will always try to lift you up! This is like any other sales job, and you get out what you put into it at the end of the day. If you slack off, ignore the additional training and support, you will not be successful. But if you work hard, take in and apply what the managers and senior reps have to offer, you'll do great! Hibu, especially the local Managers in the DE, MD, NJ, VA Area will do everything they can to lift you up and help you earn success!

Cons

NO Cons to think of here. Like Mentioned in Pros, you get out what you put in. Sales is not an easy, sit and do nothing industry.

Pros

The base pay was decent back in 2012. They don't micro manage.

Cons

They keep changing the commissions structure and it's not to the employee's advantage. The base pay hasn't gone up in over 15 years. They raised the minimum for a sale from $45 up to over $600! It used to be a great job but now it is all greed.

Pros

Absolutely none, it’s a hiring machine that 1 out of my w tire training program is still there after 1 year

Cons

I was top 3 in sales and instead of managing my clients my manager pushed to sell new and ended up losing an over $10K/month sale. You’re on your own island and they only care what you do for me tomorrow
