      Pros

      Sales Commissions. Being paid commissions that actually cost the company money is great!

      Cons

      Seriously behind the curve in terms of digital marketing. Managerial Focus using a "Taylorism" approach. Targeted to within an inch of your life. A confusing and unclear vision, going forward. A company that doesn't make any money. Constantly moving "goalposts" and focus on a seemingly weekly basis. Targets being revealed a week before deadlines. Managers and senior managers who aren't formally educated, lacking in even simple business acumen. A very backward and confusing company to work for.

      Pros

      Good benefits and decent pay, good work-life balance. Historically they have given back to the community and contributed to charity. They do nice things like have Santa Claus for employees' kids and give nice presents ($15 range).

      Cons

      I feel like recent changes in leadership have prioritized profits over employees and quality. They have recently decided to drop some products and off-shore a large number of positions, which I think is short-sighted and will be detrimental to quality of products and to customer satisfaction.

      Some great people who genuinely want to do good for the company

      Continuous change of direction or lack of does not allow very smart and talented people to do what's right.

      We have been through a lot of change, change is always challenging. Here in the UK we have a very strong executive team who are passionate about an exciting future.
