      Pros

      Hefty salary package, free coffee, training before you go on the production floor. I liked the fact that you can use leaves a mere 2 months after you get employed. Sometimes, they give free food to their employees during overtime. Company culture's an active one, with a lot of theme days and festivals.

      Cons

      There's a wide gap between management and associates and no one's trying to bridge that. Escalations re: salary end up in vain; some managers go on power trips and if you're on the short end of the stick, too bad for you. Some of the HR associates make promises but don't keep their end of the bargain.

      Flexible hours. Base pay is ok.

      Cons

      Very corporate from the top down approach to a company. The higher ups make the decisions and hurt the lower down the ladder you are. The company is struggling financially so, if you don't hit the extremely high sales numbers you go bye bye and they don't care. You drive a lot. I drove hours to appointments very outside of my area. Highly competitive, fast paced working environment making you basically an old school fast talking sales person pushing the sale. There are always deadlines to get out one of the new products they have launched and none of the clients in your area understands it yet. If you don't get the product to launch, everyone gets fired. Don't work here. Job security is super unstable.

      Pros

      company is committed to turning around, and they are working hard in that direction. They have to downscale significantly to do so, I think. I would avoid for 3-4 years as they "work out the kinks"

      insane turnover rate, outdated products
