      Pros

      Overall, it is a sales company that rewards hard work. The earning potential for sales people is definitley there for hard workers. in addition, there are myriad of products to offer small to medium sized businesses to grow their business. This is huge advantage as we have so many different options to offer clients

      Cons

      Sales can be tough as there are many no's throughout the day no matter what company you work at. But the diligent and hard working sales people will fight thru it.

      Pros

      I have had several promotions within the organization and my managers have always looked for ways for me to excell and move up the ranks. They are very supportive of me since I am a hard worker and I am dedicated to my job resposibilities. I have made more money each year that I have been with the company.

      Cons

      Pay increases for promotions over the last few years have started to shrink. I feel like I should be more highly compensated for the amount of work that I do.

      opportunity to move up, what you put into it is what you get out of it, you are in charge of your earnings

      Cons

      it's a big corporation which has a lot of pros, however like in any big company you do not necesarily have control of each department, such as credit.
