      Pros

      Great work life balance. Office empty by 5 and had flexibility to work from home as often as I wanted

      Company betting on websites. All other products being terminated. With $3 billion in debt the banks are taking over and I fully expect massive layoffs. March 2013 Hibu had a huge round of layoffs and I expect the next round to be brutal. Think French Revolution with blood in the streets. The new CEO was originally hired by the banks to be the chief restructuring officer. A CEO who was hired to get the banks what they want. Company could be great place to work if the threat of layoffs did not have employees in constant fear. Barely a week went by when someone did not mention the fear of a layoff. Environment was pretty toxic.

      Pros

      Gaining Experience selling multiple forms of advertising. Getting to set my own schedule Independence in the field

      Cons

      Some of the forms of advertising offered don't have great returns on investments My manager was a micromanager and made life difficult. I left the position I was working in because of her bullying style tactics.
