      The company was great! The job wasn't for me

      Pros

      This company has Great pay, great training, excellent tools and good management. They also are good at incentives, like trips, extra pay and time off.

      Cons

      Hardcore sales environment, churn and burn mindset, not customer oriented. Very hard to make a sale and once you do, you need many many more.

      A overwhelming waste of time

      Pros

      Training program was ok, 3 weeks long and very intense. Puts you in the right mode to get to work when you get in the field. Great talking with business owners about their goals and trying to help them achieve them. I got to work with some wonderful people.

      Cons

      Expectation of the sales people is crazy given the current economic situation. They need to set up a sales admin position to take care of all the necessary follow ups after the sale is done and maybe an appointment setter in the office to help sales people have new appointments as needed allowing the salesperson to have great meetings and sell appropriate program for the customer instead of selling too small of a program for fear of not getting the sale.

      Pros

      Coming straight out of collage with no experience Yellowbook gave me an opportunity to enter the sales field. They professionally train their employees to be successful .

      Cons

      There promotion policies seemed to favor individuals rather than those deserving, which should be based on the numbers. They also have a tendency to be micromanagers
