Pros

A lot of products to sell, no income cap, daily freedom

Cons

A lot of products to sell, daily reporting can be monotonous, I know the products as well as our computers better than my manager does (they give us computers to sell with). He said it is not his job to understand my computer or the order entry system.

Pros

Work from home and set your own schedule. Benefits were extremely good.

Cons

Brand has bad reputation in the Indianapolis market. Antiquated products, antiquated sales systems and antiquated sales management mentality. Transition to digital products is probably too late to save the company. Stock has been de-listed. No CRM system in a sales company. Base plus commission does not make up for the hours needed to make quotas. VERY slow to pay commission, especially on new products. Reps fight for clients - not a happy sales environment. Turnover is so quick your head will spin trying to keep track of who your co-workers are on a daily basis. Management style is micro micro micro management with no real and useful assistance from the "overachievers" who sold at a high enough level to be promoted into management decades ago.
