Pros

Team atmosphere, support from management is strong, good benefits. Best initial training I have ever had.

Cons

Dying industry, high customer attrition rate of approx. 25%. Weak expense reimbursement. You need to put in several years buildign business until you can realy make money. As a new employee you start with a really weak book of business, if you are not a top sales person you can spend an eternity looking for those big accounts that will pay good commisions. Very high turnover, in my training class of 25, only 1 or two remain to this day.

Pros

The benefits are awesome with great health insurance, vacation and personal days offering flexiblity. The territories are protected and the sales reps and managers in my office are very fun, genuinely nice people. The compensation in a major market can be very lucrative. The product is also good with value that is easily proved.

Cons

We traveled three consecutive months of the year plus 2-3 more weeks during the year and were given very low compensation during these months. There was occasionally some disorganization and lack of managerial support during this time. The paperwork can be very time-consuming and the lack of automation is frustrating.

Pros

It is a good company if you would like to gain experience in the pre-press/new media industry.

Cons

Low pay. HR does not push to fairly compensate internal promotions, and pays higher to external candidates with same or fewer qualifications. That encourages attrition and most talented people do not stay for more than few years.
