      Pros

      The new leadership has been successful in turning the former yellowpages publisher around, into a true digital, multi-media advertising solutions firm for SMBs. It took a while - but it's finally happening! Don't pay attention to the negative reviews from sales representative that have been here < 1 year: they are gone for a reason! The sales reps (over 2,000 of them) that have been here 2+ years are very happy, there is virtually no turnover - which is amazing when you consider the financial issues we just came out of! Amazing culture.

      Cons

      It's all about working hard, and smart! Working with small business owners these days can be a challange, but the rewards out-weigh the frustrations. Quotas surrounding print directory product are annoying, but a necessary evil I guess.

      Pros

      I am a really positive person but there is not one good thing I can say about the company.

      Cons

      The supervisors expects for you to work 24/7. On top of that the company has a huge problem with any minorities. There is no diversity and that would explain why the company is going down hill. They have such an antiquated way of doing business.

      Pros

      Good Car sheme,ok basic pay. Not all new business, business still has some loyal customers. Looks ok on your CV.

      Cons

      General Lack of common sense throughout the business, decent bonus is virtually unachievable, no humanity, far to many managers and far to much reporting. Feels like a throwback to the 1980's, which to be fair it is.
