      Pros

      You get paid for how hard you work. You can move up through the ranks / job titles = once you accomplish goals for that title -promoting yourself ultimately. You have your freedom to do what you want & not report to a desk.

      Cons

      A lot of change with products which is needed - Print = Out & Internet = In Under performing reps don't make it.

      Pros

      The new leadership has been successful in turning the former yellowpages publisher around, into a true digital, multi-media advertising solutions firm for SMBs. It took a while - but it's finally happening! Don't pay attention to the negative reviews from sales representative that have been here < 1 year: they are gone for a reason! The sales reps (over 2,000 of them) that have been here 2+ years are very happy, there is virtually no turnover - which is amazing when you consider the financial issues we just came out of! Amazing culture.

      Cons

      It's all about working hard, and smart! Working with small business owners these days can be a challange, but the rewards out-weigh the frustrations. Quotas surrounding print directory product are annoying, but a necessary evil I guess.

      Pros

      I started as a new business only sales rep 12 years ago and now have a Director level position. It's been a great place to work all around!

      Cons

      Very competitive sales environment. So if that's not your thing, it might not be for you. Otherwise, excellent place to work.
