      Pros

      Continues to look for ways to stay ahead of the game as far as marketing & advertising companies. 21 products & services to help meet the needs of the SMB really gives me the opportunity to be a consultant not just a sales person. I started with this company because they acquired the company I was working for, I was the office manager, moved to sales after 1 year promoted to ASM, during my husbands bout with cancer the company and management stood beside me encouraged me and worked with me during treatment times because of that I was still able to maintain company goals & expectations. I don't know too many companies that think that highly of their employees.

      Cons

      Restructuring has been different but necessary for transitioning from the leading yellowpage company to a company that offers a large digital portfolio that is affordable for all sizes of business.. it was scarey going through it but it was worth it

      hibu has always recognized the winners. Ultimatly we help small businesses grow their bussiness, that is a great thing.

      If you do not like cold calling then do not join the firm.
