      Pros

      I worked for another large marketing firm in southern California for several years but unfortunately the office closed. Luckily, shortly after my previous employer went out of business I had several offers on the table from a few different companies. After a lot of sleepless nights I finally decided that hibu would be a good fit for me and I'm so happy I did! I chose to come to hibu because it was the closest opportunity to what I'd been doing previously, but it turned out that hibu has been so much more! I've made very good money with hibu and it's turned into a career with a lot of room for advancement, all while helping me complete my M.B.A. Hibu has been a great place for me to work and I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

      Cons

      I'm not sure if this is a "con" or not, but hibu is a results based business just like any other profitable organization. As an employee you're expected to get the job done and hibu will pay you well for it.
