A good place to sell

Pros

Although this is a telephone sales position, it is far better and completely different than any of the "telemarketing" jobs I've worked at in the past. Sales reps are free to work at their own pace, and even work out in the gym on the clock. Employees are able to pick hours and schedules that work for them like 4 10 hour days or 9 hour days with a half day Friday. They are also always offering time off contests for top performers. Pay is great if you can sell! Most of the people are friendly and helpful.

Cons

This is a sales job, and isn't for everyone. You need to be an agressive and self motivated person to make it long term. Calling from a yellow page company comes with plenty of initial rejection because of the perception of the product, branding the new company name and direction (digital products) should help this over time
