      Awesome benefits. Payed holidays, great vacation time.

      Cons

      High pressure telemarketing style sales environment. Management talks down to employees and motivates by threatening them with their job.

      Pros

      Nice folks but that does depend on the location. Benefits are good and comparable, nice facilities.

      Cons

      As a 'follower' a company needs to react fast and execute perfectly. hibu does neither. I fear it will not be around long. With few viable/long term products available it may be a struggle to keep going. *Layoffs, repeatedly... *Poor financial situtation

      Pros

      I can't really think of any, besides the humor I found in Management claiming that "people still use the book, and it's a big media conspiracy about declining usage..."

      Cons

      Everything about this job was negative. Cold Calling local businesses with horrible products was such a degrading and demeaning experience. Despite what I was told at the interview, I knew that NO ONE uses the book anymore, but I was sold on their internet products. I had no idea, (and it's my own fault) that everyone is selling SEO, for much cheaper than Hibu, and SEM is something people can do for FREE. I don't see how this company can be in business for much longer. I'm glad I left when I did.
