Pros

friendly people, good pay, good facilities

Cons

negative people, no one trusts management, old fashioned mentality, even if you feel confident about your work you are surrounded by people who feel threatened and create stressful situations. This, in turn is not managed well... some managers should never have been managing people...

Pros

Made good money for many years! Excellent supportive bosses and challenging but doable work. Good variety in moving from area to area while still staying near home. No overnights! Calling on every conceivable type of business is a big plus as you learn alot and are never bored. Company is trying to transition to the digital world and is trying to be patient with workers

Cons

Need to do lots of work at night prepping & planning.also need to take care of lots of problems such as collections, production problems etc. This takes away from field time. 1 on 1's and weekly meetings often time wasters from field time. Mgrs not in the field with reps...

Was great in the beginning

Pros

Lots of products to sell

Cons

In the beginning it was a great fun place to work but now because of their financial difficulties the pressure to produce is crazy. They actually did lower the new business expectation but they can't make up their minds what they want us to sell. We all know the book is going away and they have other products to sell but now it's getting overwhelming. A new addition is community magazines and they've been a pain to sell because of so many other local magazines. And more products are coming. Stop already! I'm actively looking to go elsewhere. I have been a top producer so I do know how to sell but the fun has gone out of it.
