      Pros

      Company Benefits were good. Initial training was extensive, but had little effect once my local manager took over.

      Cons

      Micro managed like you wouldn't believe. They created so much stress and anxiety I had to go to the hospital for possible heart attack. Run away from this company as fast as you can.

      Pros

      hibu has a vast array of departments; so if promotion is not an option you can interview for different jobs in other areas. The pro is you can garner new skills while still using what you have learned about their brand. They had a gym, cafeteria, and (in some cases) benefits.

      Cons

      The location where I worked was having financial issues. When the CEO gave a company wide speech we were told that the corporation was doing well and when asked they stated we did not need to look for new work. 2 months later there were company wide layoffs. Many lost their jobs with only 24 hours notice, while others were able to search with a 2 month deadline before their time ended.
