      Pros

      The culture at hibu is amazing. 4 years with the company I have noticed that every employee works differently with a single goal in mind. That is how we should work in any team! The management gives everyone a chance and will do what it takes to support even an individual when he/she shows the craving for success. I was also just a part of the crowd until I felt the need to stand out and the management at hibu spotted out that I can be more than I'am or I was which basically inspired me to do more and find success in my work. I had the privilege to work on side with the HR team including the VP. The VP is very down to earth, understanding and someone who also thinks in the point of view of the employees. Was an honor to meet him before leaving hibu.

      Cons

      Personally I feel that communication is very important anywhere you are. If you can communicate well then I don't see any issues or cons. I always make sure am clear with my actions and especially with my work. Who wouldn't like a promotions as often as possible? Work-life balance was simple no one tries to get into your personal life. Will miss my previous team.

      Absolutely great management in India and people to work with. Work-life balance is brilliant, great place for personal growth and recognition. Just keep doing your job right!

      Cons

      Change is good but change here seems to be very regular. Before we adapt to one of the recent changes there is another completely different one waiting in the pipeline to be adapted to. Maybe we are trying to find our niche' and maybe we will find it and maybe this is the way to do it..Maybe?
