      Pros

      Great people, on site gym and subsidised canteen

      Cons

      Too many layers of management carrying baggage of the way things used to be done. The company has not got to grips with the fact that it is no longer the go to advertiser for SME's. The tail (sales) wags the dog. Management are incapable of adding value or improving, so in order to reduce cost, processes are pushed offshore to cut cost but the same problems remain, now more fragmented as being handled thousands of miles away.

      Pros

      Flexible timings,no dress code,no work-pressure,10-12% annual hike is fixed irrespective of market situation.

      Cons

      No visible growth,favouritism by senior leads,school/college kind of work environment,no structured pay grade,senior software engineer is paid more than his/her module lead.This is even worse in QA.Annual appraisal and promotion are clubbed together.

      Pros

      Excellent working conditions, work-life balance encourages with wellbeing - use of the hibu gym. I enjoy working in the Publishing department where I am encouraged to develop the skills I have for mine and the department's benefit. Working in a small team, we are able to learn off each other and support when needed. The canteen offers a wide range of balanced meal options.

      Budget for adequate training, shortfalls in skills are sometimes not addressed
