Pros

I'm so pleased I took the plunge and joined hibu. The training was thorough and engaging, my colleagues have been extremely helpful and it is just a very enjoyable place to work. I also feel that I will able to continue growing with the company and that I get praise for doing my job well.

Cons

Like any large company there are people who have been here so long that they have become slightly disillusioned. They do try to recruit others to their way of thinking and it is important not to take them too seriously.
