There's no office in Indy so we don't meet up with team members as often as I'd like

Pros

Great support, great training, great team, flexible work schedule, love builidng relationships.

Cons

Managing both selling and account management well can be challenging, the internal product support team can be hit or miss which can make or break a sale.

Cons

• It is still a sales job, and you are expected to upsell clients into programs that will actually bring them the performance they need. • You are the first line of defense for customer service issues. • Your comp plan is tied to your ability to upsell and retain your client list.
