Pros

Training program was ok, 3 weeks long and very intense. Puts you in the right mode to get to work when you get in the field. Great talking with business owners about their goals and trying to help them achieve them. I got to work with some wonderful people.

Cons

Expectation of the sales people is crazy given the current economic situation. They need to set up a sales admin position to take care of all the necessary follow ups after the sale is done and maybe an appointment setter in the office to help sales people have new appointments as needed allowing the salesperson to have great meetings and sell appropriate program for the customer instead of selling too small of a program for fear of not getting the sale.

Pros

Flexibility Holidays Vacation Parts of it were okay to work for Yellowbook but most of it was micro management at its best and it you weren't one of the chosen few then this job is not for you

Cons

Micromanagement was the order of the day and they tried to maximize all your time - free time is not a reality at Yellow Book - you are expected to work all hours
