      Terrible Laptops. Cookie cutter websites. Webreach and Print Products do not bring results. Customers are NOT protected; lied too.

      Pros

      Depending on the department you are in, there are some great (new and old) managers here from whom you can learn. Exposure to new media products; will establish experience. If the new strategy was better executed, could be very successful.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from the new executive team - there are a lot of high-level overviews; but no understanding on why or how decisions are made. They are merely 'declared' from the top and there is a lot of fear about disagreeing with mgmt. Highly unrealistic goals for new initiatives, without plans to really fix what was wrong and capitalize on existing strengths (there is some hope that is changing with a few new leaders).
