      "Good if you are building experience in sales, but be weary otherwise. Company is struggling to survive. Bad pay, must drive your own vehicles into the ground and lots of pressure stress and unreachable goals. Some resort to scamming customers to keep employed which leaves a bad taste in the mouth of the general public.

      struggling company still trying to find its place in a changed world

      Pros

      The quality of the staff is very good. Compensation and benefits are very good. The work/life balance is great - company has a relaxed atmosphere, very flexible hours, supports work from home - focus really is upon getting the work done and not upon filling a particular desk for specified hours per day.

      Cons

      The (high profit margin) phonebook business is dying quickly for very obvious reasons, and the company has been struggling for several years trying to find some viable product to keep it alive.

      Pros

      The compensation was not bad. The benefits were good.

      Cons

      Work was not delegated fairly. The magazine department was mismanaged. Long hours were required. There was little work/life balance and little respect for the amount of work required in short intervals. Management set unrealistic goals.
