You cannot be successful by following managements direction, and they will not back you when you fail using the system they push on you. They train a consultative sales approach but want a used car salesmen approach in the field. With first quarter sales always high, shareholder that saved them from bankruptcy expect same results throughout year which won't happen. Especially with such poor customer service, implementation, and leadership. They like to tell you that you can make 100K, but will change the comp plan in their favor keeping the hardest working reps under 50k. This is a turn and burn company that will burn you out to get results, then replace you when they make bad decisions or unrealistic goals.
