Pros

lots of products to sell; good money if you're ok with selling your soul while you're at it

Cons

I'd spend 2 hours with a client just pitching all the products to them. By then their eyes were spinning & I still didn't close the deal. when they changed names from Yellowbook to Hibu, they liquidted everyone's stock without tellling them. It became null & void. Those of us who had invested into it, lost everything.

Pros

Good group of people to work with. My manager was phenomenal. Pay is good and having a flexible schedule is nice.

Cons

The company is owned by creditors after declaring bankruptcy. They recently laid off all support staff and off-shored there digital product developers. This makes it hard to sell as customers are working with people that don't speak english very well. The company is frantic for growth in sales of its digital products and is setting unrealistic expectations for their sales team. Very few sales people are achieving these goals and managers are creating a workplace that is stressful and not rewarding. The company has a new CEO that is appointed by the creditors. The CEO and creditors are not concerned about the longterm sustainability of the firm, they are more interested achieving short term profitability so they can sell the firm and get their money back.

Pros

Good benefits and decent pay, good work-life balance. Historically they have given back to the community and contributed to charity. They do nice things like have Santa Claus for employees' kids and give nice presents ($15 range).

Cons

I feel like recent changes in leadership have prioritized profits over employees and quality. They have recently decided to drop some products and off-shore a large number of positions, which I think is short-sighted and will be detrimental to quality of products and to customer satisfaction.
