      zero career advancement archaic corporate structure higher ups doctored into positions from previous company yellowbook, so very incompetent Digital marketing management

      The culture is definitely the best part. If you're looking for a competitive job that rewards you for your efforts this is the place. If you're willing to go above and beyond your efforts you're going to get awarded in comparison to that

      Cons

      You will not succeed while doing the bare minimum, base pay is fair, but if you don't like to work then you wont have any fun here
