Pros

Managers go above and beyond to help you succeed Ability to make money Autonomy in your position They spend money to identify prospects

Cons

Product is terrible almost embarrassing. The consultants do not align with the sales team and shove websites through before the client has a real chance to customize it. They are also stuck in the past and do not respond to client complaints well. They still think the client needs us ( phone book mindset) and don't realize that digitally there are more options everyday. Know way to track how and when you got paid what. Client retention is maybe 30% because product and support is severely lacking.

The Inside Sales Department at the King of Prussia Office of Hibu has helped me and can help you to achieve financial success and job satisfaction beyond your greatest expectations. This is a direct result of the following: 1 - The Management Team is experienced, talented and genuinely cares about the success of each Salesperson. 2 - The Sales Team is provided with exceptional Training and Support both before starting and ongoing. 3- The Senior Management Team consistently provides excellent incentives to earn income through very achievable bonus contests. 4 - The work environment is stress free, congenial and supportive. 5- There is a consistent effort to encourage a teaming atmosphere. 6 - New Services are consistently introduced in a very structured fashion that increase the opportunity to exceed your personal income goals. 7- Many excellent tools are provided to help increase your sales and income. 8- The Compensation and Benefits are exceptional.

Pros

- work from home days - direct manager and team are full of great people who are hungry to succeed. - flexible work schedule - helping small businesses grow and succeed

Cons

- completely unmanageable workload, 300 + clients - complete restructuring of department in last few months, peoples positions have changed, demotions. Extreme turnover in department. - forcing people who have so many search accounts now to start on boarding client website and be the liaison between client and design team. - over half of the company workers are overseas - the sales reps treat you like absolute garbage, will escalate anything to your manager if not responded in a timely manner according to their standards. Will speak to you in an unprofessional manner. - upper management basically making senior people feel threatened and undervalued so they will leave so they can import jobs overseas or hire labor for cheaper - most of the company roles that previously needed a college degree for no longer do - wasn't even asked to do an exit interview -pay is awful, will low ball the hell out of you and only pay you hourly
