Very flexible with schedules & not micro-managed. Numerous internal resources for assistance.

Cons

More cohesion & better training. While there are a lot of internal resources for employees and clients -- many of these are difficult to work with or the employees are poorly trained. Most of the time I just feel like I would have been better off doing it myself or using an outside vendor.

A company that treats you as a person and wants you to succeed. The best people I have ever worked with in my career. Growing but still has the family values.

Cons

With growth comes some challenges. The entire company and alls its acquisitions, need to all get on the same page with policies and procedures in every department. Producers personally are the absolute worst I have ever worked with at remembering that their team help gets them where they are today. Appreciate your team! Higginbotham appreciates and compensates them so share that appreciation.
