Mid-sized company with an employee first attitude. Employees ARE recognized as an important asset. By caring for the employees the organization's philosophy is you will provide excellent customer service to the clients. The growth of the organization continues to provide career opportunities at every turn.

Cons

From a marketing perspective only it would be helpful in our industry if we were a national firm instead of a very large Texas only firm.

Pros

Excellent company culture and very family oriented. Employee Stock Ownership is enticing due to Higginbotham's national growth. From the CEO to the IT Team, everyone at Higginbotham are high caliber people.

Cons

After 3 years of employment, I left Higg in 2022 for the prospects of a more competitive salary. The new company did not share the values to their Employees that I was accustomed to at Higginbotham. I eventually exited Employee Benefits and opened my own investment management business. However, if I wouldn't have left Higginbotham, I'd still be there today!
