Pros

My experience has been mostly positive. What stands out are the people and the opportunities. The team culture is collaborative and people genuinely try to help each other out instead of competing. I’ve been trusted with projects that challenged me and helped me develop skills I didn’t have before. Work-life balance is respected, which I appreciate compared to past jobs.

Cons

Priorities can shift quickly so communication gets lost, which leads to rework and frustration. Client emergencies can derail my day. Important projects sometimes begin with very little info. It's hard to focus in an open office.
