Pros

High Five has a knack for hiring incredible people. In fact, my coworkers are some of my closest friends now. In that vein, they're invested in their people. I have learned so much from coworkers, mentors, and the supervisors there. Additionally, the work/life balance is very healthy. It's been nearly two years and I'm still very happy here.

Cons

The open office space can be distracting and loud for an introvert. But the extroverts love it! So I guess it's a dual-edged sword.
