Good benefits, okay pay, school schedule is great for breaks

Cons

Completely toxic work culture, sucks you in with pretty fountains and brick, school does not draw students with high ambition, cater to the parents, horrible ethics starting at the top, they have only money as their priority. That goes for the families, how much to compensate you, and focus for your goals

Challenging, resume builder, positive people interaction, students and parents, and rewarding.

Cons

You have to wear too many hats… an ever changing 8-12 different hats. Very hard to get done what needs to be done consistently throughout the year.
