The University is great to work for. Very friendly and welcoming campus. Very open to all walks of life.

Cons

Security dept management is awful. Do as i say not as i do attitude. You're paid as a security officer not as a first responder as you should be. Staff shortages are always present and people either don't want to work or get burnt out very quickly.

Pros

Professors are very kind and care more about your class load than your workload. Dr. Curty is a fantastic leader for tutors and wants to get you working as much as possible as soon as possible, in a good way. You make your own hours and other students can sign up when they want to.

Cons

The pay is below minimum and you have to attend excessive hours of training to raise your pay by one dollar.
