      Pros

      The RDs are for the most part really cool people, there's some obvious benefits for being an RA (like living alone). However, working with the other people on your staff is so much fun. Your staff is like your family and it's great to be able to share the best duty night stories with them.

      Cons

      The higher ups can be very strict and put limits on the RDs interaction with us. Don't really have a say in what form you're in until your second year either.

      Pros

      HPU is growing quickly and spends a lot of money on new construction and building programs. Beautiful campus and great facilities. Administration is open to new ideas and has a "make it happen" mindset.

      Cons

      No cons. HPU is a fantastic place to work.
