Parking, lunch trucks and Flex schedule

Cons

Not paid your worth, only some positions get bonuses. No respect given to employees. Casual day only on Fridays? RIDICULOUS! we are not in constant contact with the public so why dress up?! POOR Management & Leaders; Allowed to raise their voices with no consequences. Owners only acknowledge certain employees not all. No opportunities for advancement .
