Company's philosophy is to pay folks at the top of the market and keep valuable employees happy. - Amazing culture. Full of people who are kind, smart and passionate. And lots of humor across the board. - Excellent work/life balance. Probably the best I've seen in any startup. You're not expected to work nights and weekends at all - Remote-first culture - work from anywhere in your PJs. Company keeps hosting fun virtual events for people to socialize during/after work. It shows that they really care about culture. - Lots of autonomy; you determine how best to work to complete your goals - Lot of focus time; no meeting Tuesdays and overall few meetings to get work done - Top-tier senior management that continually listens to feedback
Cons
- We're a startup, so there is plenty of room to grow, but I can see that we're continually improving - Lots to do across the board, we regularly have conflicting priorities - Since there is a lot of autonomy, you would thrive if you're a self-starter and can manage your time effectively
